Mamas for Mamas is a specialized poverty relief agency and an all inclusive community for mothers and caregivers. We envision a future where no mama or child is left behind.

When life hurts, we can help. Our therapists specialize in grief & loss, relationships, recovery therapy, adolescent issues, family mediation & conflict resolution. In addition to these issues, we provide therapy for general issues such as anxiety & depression, life transitions and chronic pain management. Our Counselling Intern is available at a low-fee price to those who need it. We offer in-person and online therapy. Our offices are in The District on Bernard. 2nd floor, turn right out of the elevator.

The Central Okanagan Elizabeth Fry Society supports those who have experienced intimate partner violence, sexual abuse, and child abuse and neglect. We do so through Community Based Victim Services, Trauma Therapy for Sexual Assault Survivors, and Intervention and Prevention Outreach Services
