Why it's important
Of course I'm terribly biased, but I believe counselling should be as normal as seeing your massage therapist.
Sometimes life quietly becomes heavier than we expected, whether due to stress, mood changes, relationship strain, illness, or loss.
Sometimes we suddenly look up from life and don't recognize Where we are or Who we are, and we need to find an anchor.
Sometimes we feel it's time to unpack elements of the past so we can leave it there - stripping away it's power from our present.
Therapy is utterly malleable and a unique experience to you.

What happens in Session?
We sit together, and I hold space for you.
We talk through what’s happening now and what feels heavy.
Sometimes we explore new ways of thinking or being.
Sometimes you simply need to offload your week.
I promise it’s not scary when you’re in it.
