My Path Here

My counselling journey wasn’t a straight line.

​

Before this work, I spent years in the performing arts, then in finance & administration, raising children, and navigating my own share of life’s unexpected turns. Along the way, I often became the person others came to — the steady listener, the one who could sit with hard conversations without judgment.

Eventually, I realized this wasn’t just something I did. It was something I was meant to build on.

​

So I chose to train formally, combining lived experience with professional education and evidence-informed approaches.

Today, I bring all of it into the room: holding gentle intuitive space, working with grounded clinical tools, and a deep respect for the complexity of women’s lives.
